What is ENVO-App?

ENVO-App is the companion mobile app for your ENVO-Home self-hosted server. It lets you control and access all your home services — media (Jellyfin), photos (Immich), files (Nextcloud), smart home (Home Assistant), security cameras (Frigate), and more — all from one unified interface.

How do I connect to my server?

During initial setup, scan the QR code displayed on your ENVO-Home server's admin panel. This automatically configures your connection details. You can also enter the server address manually if preferred.

Can I access my server remotely?

Yes. ENVO-App includes a built-in WireGuard VPN that creates an encrypted tunnel directly to your home server. This means you can securely access all your services from anywhere — no port forwarding, no third-party relay servers, no cloud middlemen.

Does ENVO-App collect any data?

No. ENVO-App communicates exclusively with your own server. We have no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs. Your data stays between your device and your hardware. Read our full privacy policy for details.

Which platforms are supported?

ENVO-App is available for iOS, Android, Apple TV, and Android TV. The mobile apps support biometric lock, VPN, and the full suite of services. TV apps focus on media streaming with Jellyfin.

How does multi-account work?

ENVO-App supports multiple user accounts on the same server. Each family member can have their own profile with separate credentials, preferences, and service access. Switching between accounts is instant with biometric authentication.

I'm having trouble connecting. What should I check?
  • Ensure your device is on the same Wi-Fi network as your ENVO-Home server
  • Check that your server is powered on and running
  • If using VPN remotely, verify your WireGuard tunnel is active
  • Try restarting the app and re-entering your server address
